We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Team Coordinator to provide administrative support to our executive team at Taameer Group.
About the Role:This role is ideal for an individual who possesses excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for senior executives, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing strong writing and communication skills to convey information effectively.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in project management, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects, collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Organize company events, conferences, and other activities, leveraging creativity and event planning expertise to create engaging experiences.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of executives, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
- Support the team with general office management duties as required, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.
