We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Team Coordinator to join our team at Taameer Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our executive team by providing exceptional administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives, using your exceptional organizational skills to stay on top of multiple tasks.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Support project management efforts, ensuring timely completion of tasks and collaborating with the team to achieve goals.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within an engineering consultancy or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
