Job Overview

Amazon's MENA Social Responsibility team is seeking an administrative support candidate with a strong track record of delivery to work closely with the Global Social Responsibility team on publishing audit reports data, maintaining the health of key metrics, and collaborating with the Global Procurement team to raise purchase orders for social responsibility audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and partner teams to provide visibility into data and propose solutions
  • Partner with procurement partners to raise purchase orders for third-party audits in the region
  • Collaborate with program managers and business leaders to communicate and deliver critical business initiatives
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to publish the right metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
  • Preferred qualifications: bachelor's degree, relevant experience in an analytical role, working with data
