Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Laundry and Kitchen Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ennismore. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchens and laundry facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment, including ovens, dishwashers and washing machines.
  • Ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out to the highest standard.
  • Source and contract suppliers as required.
  • Organize schedules & method of works and risk assessments for kitchen and laundry related areas.
  • Be on call for any kitchen or laundry emergency.
  • Carry out regular inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of special events and functions.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Director of Engineering to help reorganize the department to ensure an efficient process of working.
  • Plan small guest projects to ensure minimum impact.
  • Oversee the team's work and contractors' work to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a set standard.
