Rixos Hotels seeks a seasoned Hotel Operations Director to lead the day-to-day management of hotel operations and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving financial goals and developing effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement hotel budgets and financial forecasts
  • Lead the budgeting process for individual departments and ensure adherence to established guidelines
  • Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports to identify deviations from business plan goals
  • Conduct daily Operations and Monthly Management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Managing Director
  • Establish and maintain positive owner relations through effective communication

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
