**Your Role**
As a Strategic Account Development Manager at lxbfYeaa, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Establish strong connections with customers at all levels, including senior executives.
- Early engagement in the customer buying process to diagnose needs and tailor solutions.
- Manage day-to-day and strategic aspects of account management.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
- Serve as the customer's ambassador, trusted advisor, and advocate.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience in solution sales, particularly in the automation industry.
- Proven track record of success in the industry/business environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
