Job Summary

The Senior Teller is a key member of our team at lxbfYeaa, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash handling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cash Handling and Transactions
    Process cash and other transactions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Customer Service
    Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Internal Processes
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of cash handling processes, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Learning and Development
    Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, identifying opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements
  1. Education
    Diploma, High School or equivalent.
  2. Experience
    Minimum of 4 years experience in teller services, preferably in a major banking institution.
  3. Certifications
    Bank certification program completion and passing.
  4. Language
    Bilingual - English and Arabic (preferred).
