Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Energy Jobline. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing.
Requirements
  • Post-Graduate in Management.
  • 5+ years experience in Trade and B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
