Job Description

Trend Micro is a global cybersecurity leader that helps make the world safe for exchanging digital information. As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will collaborate with our Partner community and provide holistic and outstanding experience to customers.

The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for driving new opportunities with and through our partner network and growing the partner landscape. Key responsibilities include:

  • Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through best sales practices, training, and support.
  • Establish contact, business development, cultivation, product positioning proposal, presentation, and closing sales with the channels.
  • Work collaboratively with Channel Account Managers and Regional Account Managers to build existing partner relationships.
  • Recruit partners to the Trend Partner program to identify and target partner organizations as new prospects.

Additionally, the role involves identifying areas of opportunities to secure additional partners to become a part of Trend Micro's Affinity partner program in the specific region. The Strategic Partner Manager will engage with partners at all levels to increase the awareness of Trend Micro's value proposition – including partner principles, sales, marketing procurement, and support teams.
