Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison
    • Act as the primary point of contact between MEEZA and clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs and aligning MEEZA's services accordingly.
  • Service Delivery
    • Manage a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality services and exceed client expectations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze the effectiveness of the team's performance.
    • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and optimize team efficiency.
  • Client Satisfaction
    • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 8-10 years of experience in client services or a related field, with a proven track record in managing and growing client relationships.
  • Skills
    • Commercial awareness to understand the business implications of technical service delivery.
    • Strong communication and people management skills.
    • Ability to translate client feedback into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
