Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our team at Management Solutions International MSI. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve budgeted revenue targets
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to reach new sales prospects and maximize business opportunities
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships through proactive account management and liaison with client decision makers
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Teams to conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Identify potential projects from design stage to tendering and construction stage, and work with clients and consultants to specify and list our products in project preferred vendor lists
  • Obtain necessary approvals for our products from designated bodies and prepare case-by-case product submissions to meet project specifications and consultant acceptance
  • Prepare and submit commercial and technical offers, follow up on offers, and develop new customer relationships
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
Requirements
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and positive outlook with a clear focus on high-quality business profit
  • Graduation or equivalent degree in business, sales, or marketing (advantageous)
  • Minimum 45 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry or a similar professional services organization with a multinational or multicultural work environment
  • Experience in selling Oil & Gas products, such as pipes and fittings
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within organizations and influence successfully and openly at all levels
  • Natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
  • Reliable, receptive, and persistent
  • Empathic communicator able to see things from the other person's point of view
  • Previous success and experience managing client accounts, particularly achieving genuine sales targets
  • Enjoyment of building relationships and proactively driving the development of a network of key relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to develop strategic action plans based on input from key persons
  • Demonstrate professional people skills and promote a team-working environment across the area of business
  • Demonstrate motivational skills in directing colleagues to achieve business objectives
  • Flexible approach to adjust role as the position develops
Mandatory Requirements
  • Must have Oil & Gas industry experience
  • Must have a Qatar Driving license
  • Transferable Visa with NOC will be preferred
