Job Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and qualify potential customers for Groves Cranes, developing a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  2. Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers to understand their lifting requirements and challenges, providing effective solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals that meet customer needs, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Groves Crane products and services.
  4. Prepare accurate and detailed quotations, including pricing, delivery terms, and any additional specifications requested by the customer.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  6. Provide exceptional after-sales support and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions related to crane products and services.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and manage customer expectations.
  9. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the sales management team.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the crane industry or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of crane products, lifting solutions, and relevant industry standards.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Additional business qualifications will be a plus.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  7. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
