About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cargo Training Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Qatar Airways. As a key member of our cargo operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cargo staff receive the necessary training to meet the airline's and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training schedule to meet the needs of our cargo staff.
  • Monitor and maintain training records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Nominate staff for training based on their job requirements and available schedule.
  • Plan and monitor recurrent training to ensure staff are current with airline and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct pre-audit checks to ensure training compliance during scheduled internal and external audits.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor training for new staff to ensure they meet the published timeline.
Requirements
  • High school qualification or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Office Administration.
  • Effective email writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
