At Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Accounts Clerk to join our team in Dubai. As an Accounts Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar or administrative role, with great communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.

This role involves preparing proforma invoices, local purchase orders, and vendor invoices, collecting and depositing cash daily, submitting insurance invoices, and preparing petty cash vouchers and statements. You will also be responsible for managing accounts receivables, following up on overdue payments, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts.

  • Pursue accurate postings of costs in repair orders.
  • Maintain a thorough petty cash list, prepare vouchers, and submit them to the Finance Department.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to follow up on accounts receivable and ensure reconciliation.
