Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Armament Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce all safety and security standards during maintenance operations.
  • Respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with technical and quality management directives.
  • Maintain TRAP equipment to maximum serviceable standards.
  • Recondition, repair, and replace defective or missing parts.
  • Advise the TRAP Supervisor of any factors limiting maintenance capability.
  • Coordinate with Supply on TRAP inventory controls.
  • Verify storage facilities provide maximum environmental protection.
  • Use technical data and documentation in accordance with T.O.s.
  • Prepare assets for shipment in accordance with tasking actions.
  • Submit timely and accurate serviceability records.
  • Store tools, replacement bench, and operational stocks in accordance with standards.
  • Inspect and perform minor maintenance on facilities and installed equipment.
  • Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.
  • Train and supervise Asian and Local National staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of technical operations and maintenance procedures. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
