Client Support Associate

The Client Support Associate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients at SWATX. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions based on their needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not required.
