Your Day-to-Day Role

As a Conference and Events Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for conference and events bookings. You will identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate leads and secure new business.

You will collaborate with the events team to create customized event proposals and packages tailored to clients' needs and preferences. As the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, you will ensure clear communication and exceptional service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong negotiation and closing skills, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential.
