Administrative Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Manager to join our team at MH Al Muftah Est. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Communication: Respond to inquiries, direct phone calls, and take messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling: Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, records, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supply Management: Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional office environment.
- Document Management: Handle incoming and outgoing documents and emails, ensuring timely and secure processing.
- Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Clerical Support: Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing, as required.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree graduate.
- Experience: Proven experience (at least 5 years) as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and writing communication skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate in Doha, Qatar.
- Experience in GCC Countries: No prior experience from GCC Countries.
