Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Hospitality Attendant to join our team at the 5 Star Hotel Spa in Qatar. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an unforgettable experience.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including greeting them by name and maintaining positive relations at all times.
  • Recognise arrivals of all VIP guests and ensure they are treated with the highest level of service.
  • Maintain the facility in peak condition and cleanliness at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Offer attentive service and adapt to any constraints guests may have.
  2. Heed any remarks made by guests and ensure follow-up.
  3. Establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
  4. Clean and disinfect all areas of the spa, including showers, bathrooms, reception, wet and thermal areas, guest lounges, staff rooms and prep area.

Requirements

  • Same role experience in spa or hospitality industry.
  • Physically fit and able to work well under pressure.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
