Financial Operations Role

Echelonix is seeking an experienced Assistant Credit Manager to support the financial health of our hotel by managing credit processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This role requires a strong understanding of credit management principles within the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing credit policies and procedures, performing periodic reviews of existing customer accounts, and ensuring that all AR invoices are accurate and sent out within 24 hours of checkout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective credit management strategies to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and payables.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, sales, and operations teams.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, such as vendors and suppliers.
