Inventory & Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee financial operations, manage inventory, process daily orders, handle invoicing, and coordinate accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure adequate inventory for daily operations.
Process incoming orders and generate invoices in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient dispatch and delivery of goods. - Accounts Receivable & Financial Tasks:
Track and review customer payments and outstanding balances to prevent delays.
Prepare and send customer statements, ensuring timely collections and minimizing disputes.
Follow up with customers on overdue payments and collaborate with the finance team for further actions. - Coordination & Reporting:
Communicate with the sales and finance teams regarding any order or payment discrepancies.
Provide reports on inventory levels, pending invoices, and receivables status to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management is required.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are highly valued, as are industry-specific experience and proficiency in inventory management software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for managing complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential qualities for this position.
- A valid Qatar driving license is required for some responsibilities.
- Experience in logistics or dispatching operations can be beneficial for this role.
- Knowledge of VAT and financial regulations in Qatar is also advantageous.
