Key Responsibilities

As a Facilities Coordinator at AECOM, you will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining and repairing office systems to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operation.
  2. Implementing and maintaining a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and equipment maintenance history.
  3. Managing office systems, including security, fire alarms, and audio-visual systems.
  4. Supporting the Administration Lead in planning and executing new projects, such as fit-outs and renovations.
  5. Providing regular updates to the Administration Lead on areas for improvement in cleaning, maintenance, and security.
  6. Remaining on call during business hours and assisting with research, review, and selection of new contractors and suppliers.
  7. Issuing and cancelling building and office security passes.
  8. Managing key and lock changes.
  9. Preparing reports and recommendations for operational improvements.
  10. Conducting regular tests of fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting.
  11. Initiating emergency maintenance works when necessary.
  12. Reviewing and recommending measures to maintain building integrity.
