Dairy Product Sales Executive

Sales Lead Position:
We're looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Lead. In this challenging role, you will lead a team of sales representatives and develop and manage wholesale business to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives to deliver sales targets
- Develop and manage wholesale business to drive business growth
- Manage accounts within the assigned area/account and plan daily activities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to propose and initiate listings, BDA & display agreements
- Conduct periodical sales meetings and analyze sales data to report findings to superiors
- Evaluate promotion plans and implement strategies to improve product visibility
- Collect market returns within agreed limits
- Manage all company assets
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the FMCG sector in modern trade
- Ability to motivate and lead others
- Capable of managing a diversified team
- Expertise in understanding sales markets and trends
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for figures
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Willingness to take calculated risks
- Qatar driving license
