Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Work in USA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  2. Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person
  3. Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient
  4. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
  5. Assist with organizing meetings and events
  6. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  2. Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills
  3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication skills in English
