As a Capital Market Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective structuring and implementation of financing and capital market needs of Nakilat. Your expertise in financing, capital markets, and loan administration will enable us to achieve our goals and drive growth. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the oil and LNG industry.

A bachelor's degree in banking, finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with prior experience in financing, capital markets, loan administration, and compliance. Your analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with all covenants mentioned in all financing agreements across all joint ventures and parent company.
  • Compile data and information for lenders/agent related KYCs, regulatory submissions, etc., that is very crucial to compliance with regards to financing agreements.
  • Effective relationship management with Capital Market Institutions and Rating Agencies to ensure most competitive financing cost.
