In this role, you will manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONE's order book and profitability. A service mindset is essential, focusing on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and developing mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers
  2. Proactively identifying solutions and developing processes that add value to our customers
  3. Managing opportunities from current and new customers and closing deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONE's order book and profitability

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. You will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of Elevator industry experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development/ Key Account Management
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
  • Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
  • Excellent English & Arabic communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Qatar experience is preferred.
