Sales Manager Job Description

Ppl Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, designing and implementing a strategic business plan, and owning objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics, and make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Set sales quotas and goals, identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, define and execute territory sales plans, and meet planned sales goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns, direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally, prepare sales budgets and projections, and approve expenditures.
