Job Summary

Leap29 is seeking a highly experienced M&E Project Manager to lead a team of professionals in advising on all aspects of Electrical and Mechanical works on a major transportation infrastructure project in Qatar. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bridge, highway, and tunnel engineering, with a proven track record of overseeing technical reviews of Electrical and Mechanical designs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of professionals in advising on Electrical and Mechanical works on the project.
  2. Oversee technical reviews of Electrical and Mechanical designs.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  4. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University or equivalent.
  2. Membership to a relevant organization such as MICE (Institute of Civil Engineers).
  3. Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant and extensive experience in related roles from construction to completion.
  4. Experience of highway tunnels, ventilation, fire suppression, and communications is essential.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good computer skills in Microsoft Office programs are essential.
