Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure all expatriates' residencies/visas and QID applications are renewed and up to date.
  • Maintain HR procedures and policies that comply with labor regulations.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Qatar.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as well as possessing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
