Vira International is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and developing new business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Pitch and present the company's services to clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages
- Develop and implement new business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality or immigration industry is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
