Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Precision Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum 2 years of outbound phone-based sales experience
- 1 year of experience in a full-cycle sales role with a proven track record of closing deals
- 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C mobile phone sales
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-driven and fun approach to work and life
- High energy, competitive, and positive attitude
- Customer-focused, driven, and ambitious
- Clear and concise communication skills
