About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Precision Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of outbound phone-based sales experience
  • 1 year of experience in a full-cycle sales role with a proven track record of closing deals
  • 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C mobile phone sales
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Goal-driven and fun approach to work and life
  • High energy, competitive, and positive attitude
  • Customer-focused, driven, and ambitious
  • Clear and concise communication skills
