Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual business plan aligned with the company's and brand's strategic direction.

  • Monitor and analyze financial data and market trends to inform business decisions.

  • Communicate financial concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to drive desired behaviors.
  • Ensure compliance with management contract and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of financial resources.
Requirements
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 3 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
  • OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
