As a leading global talent solutions provider, we are seeking an experienced AI Governance Specialist with a strong background in banking domain to join our team.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its application within banking sector, combined with expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI governance policies and frameworks within organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AI models and systems meet ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Regularly monitor and audit AI systems to ensure compliance with governance standards and applicable regulations.
  • Ensure AI technologies and solutions are used responsibly and transparently, addressing potential risks like bias, fairness, and data privacy.
  • Contribute to development of risk management strategies and ensure AI-related risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.
  • Provide expert guidance on emerging AI trends, best practices, and regulatory updates in banking and financial services sector.
  • Deliver regular training and awareness sessions for employees on AI governance, ethical practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on global regulatory developments and industry standards related to AI and data governance in financial sector.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and updates to senior management on performance of AI governance efforts and ongoing compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in AI governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance, particularly within banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies and their application within financial services.
  • Familiarity with key regulations and frameworks related to AI and data governance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, BCBS, ISO standards).
  • Experience in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks and risk management strategies.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, and ethical AI considerations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with strategic mindset and attention to detail.
