Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Executive to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing cluster rooms revenue, maintaining accuracy of information, and enhancing automation efforts in our reservation system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of rooms inventory to optimize revenue and maintain data accuracy.
  • Prepare competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
  • Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, and communicate strategy to properties.
  • Perform revenue management month-end reporting and auditing, and provide forward-looking information for forecasting and targeting.
  • Generate and update property and market revenue management reports, serving as the primary source for the Revenue Management team.
  • Assist with system maintenance, including rate hurdles, forecasted demand, group forecasting, and daily system checks.
  • Train new associates on revenue management tools as needed.
  • Implement hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
