About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue management functions across our assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver revenue growth and maximize revenue across our network.
  • Lead a team of managers and analysts to achieve revenue targets through pricing, demand, flight-level, and specialist decisions.
  • Provide strategic and tactical business solutions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Sales and MPA teams to align regional plans and negotiate strategies by point of sale and traffic flows.
  • Monitor and react to booking volume and yield data, forecast alerts, competitor threats, and political/economic/legal aspects that affect pricing.
  • Ensure performance measurement of functions and processes related to forecasting, network revenue performance, route profitability, flight management system usage, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 10 years of job-related experience.
  • Airline commercial management training in more than one area, including IATA/Industry/Government Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Planning, Budgeting, Field Sales Management, and Leadership.
  • Advanced understanding of airline economics, sales, and distribution, including systems.
  • Intermediate to Advanced understanding of statistics, operations research, forecasting, and optimization methods.
