Sales Growth Manager

At POPUP Agency, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying and cultivating new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our nursing staffing services and building long-lasting partnerships with healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. Conduct outreach through calls and networking events.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with POPUP Agency.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring a fair deal for clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure the timely placement of nursing staff and address client needs effectively.
