Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  2. Coordinate with various teams to optimize PMT personnel assignments and maintain an updated scheduling system.
  3. Documentation Management: Maintain and update all PMT personnel related documentation, including certifications, training records, and compliance documents.
  4. Ensure that all PMT personnel have current certificates and documentation, including safety certifications and training records.
  5. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for crew members, including international flights, accommodations, and transportation to and from work sites.
  6. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for PMT personnel, ensuring all necessary paperwork and procedures are completed efficiently.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during these processes.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of PMT Personnel assignments, travel, and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
  9. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for PMT Personnel-related inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  10. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to PMT Personnel management and safety.
  11. Arrange work gear and assist with various safety courses based on Company requirements.
  12. Issue Resolution: Resolve any PMT Personnel-related logistical issues, such as scheduling conflicts or travel disruptions, in a timely manner.
  13. Marine PMT Support: Provide comprehensive support for Marine PMT.
Requirements
  1. 8 years experience in logistics coordination, preferably within personnel logistic role in Oil and Gas industry.
  2. Bachelors or Associate Degree or similar; however, relevant experience may be taken if coupled with HNC/HND.
  3. A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
  5. Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
  6. Extensive experience in a supervisory role.
  7. SHE Understanding, Quality/Quantity of Work, Planning and Organizing, Trust and Empowerment, Initiative/Commitment, Teamwork/Supporting Others, Interpersonal Skills, Communication and Information Sharing, Service Orientation, Innovation, Problem Solving, Job Knowledge.
  8. Ensure all activities undertaken comply with laws and the Company firewall policies and procedures.
  9. Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
