  • Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes, follow up on deliveries, and address any issues.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Shipping and Import: Coordinate shipping and import activities for both domestic and international orders.
  • Delivery and Customs: Ensure timely delivery of goods and handle customs documentation as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Assist in auditing procurement transactions to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Inventory Management: Liaise with department supervisors to monitor stock levels and ensure necessary materials are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient supply levels and minimize delays.
  • Price Negotiation: Support price negotiations and contract terms to optimize costs and service agreements.
  • Supplier Assessment: Assist in evaluating suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Assist with maintaining compliance with procurement regulations and company policies, and prepare and generate procurement reports for management as required.

Requirements:

  • Purchasing Experience: 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR QAR per month
