Job Description

To oversee and manage the research projects over several research lines for Tanqeeb.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participates in setting the research plans and targets of the center.
  • Monitors progress of all research projects in the center.
  • Serves as a technical focal point for all research projects in the center.
  • Identifies new projects and funding sources, prepares budgets and offers.
  • Assists the director in research resources utilization and load distribution planning.
  • Liaises with academic and research Principal Investigators and their teams.
  • Coordinates project timelines and goals with internal scientific, facilities, purchasing, business, and legal team members.
  • Organizes logistics and resources for projects to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develops and implements project management practices such as project planning, milestone development, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintains relationships with regional and international customers.
  • Resolves project timeline and resource conflicts.
  • Ensures adherence to specifications in work procedures and materials used.
  • Provides regular project status reports.
  • Presents on the center's research projects as needed.
  • Contributes to research staff recruitment, evaluation, and professional development.
