We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Optimization Director to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This key role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management Strategy
    • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue across the cluster.
    • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with hotel General Managers and sales teams to ensure alignment with revenue management strategies.
  • Revenue Analysis and Reporting
    • Provide regular revenue analysis and reporting to hotel General Managers and senior leadership.
    • Identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    • Develop and maintain accurate and timely revenue reports and dashboards.
  • Cluster Sales Strategy
    • Develop and implement cluster sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
    • Collaborate with hotel sales teams to ensure alignment with cluster sales strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across the cluster.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and motivate a team of revenue management professionals across the cluster.
    • Collaborate with hotel General Managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with revenue management strategies.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, franchisees, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 1 year experience in revenue management, sales, or related field.
    • OR
    • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; no work experience required.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven experience in revenue management, sales, or related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
