Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Team Lead to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and form of payment, and assigning rooms.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements and enter Marriott Rewards information.
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room keys and verify/adjust billing.
  • Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists and complete cashier and closing reports.
  • Supply guests with directions and property information and accommodate guest requests.
  • Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges and balance and drop receipts.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift and obtain manual authorizations.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft and assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
