Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

At Minor International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Monitor: Oversee the daily activities of colleagues and guests, working closely with the Front Desk team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Guest Experience: Coordinate the arrival and departure experience of all guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, teach, coach, and inspire the Front Desk team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Service Recovery: Empower colleagues to resolve any guest service challenges and ensure all guest issues are tracked and followed up on to ensure service recovery.
  • Department Standards: Develop and maintain standards for the department, adhering to Tivoli's core standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe environment for our guests and colleagues by adhering to the hotel's Health and Safety policies.
  • Emergency Procedures: Play a vital part in the hotel's Emergency Procedures.
  • Leadership and Communication: Lead by example, sustain an environment of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Excellence, and positive employee relations. Communicate and liaise effectively with other leaders in the department and hotel.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and able to meet time-sensitive tasks.
