  • Prepare for VIP Arrivals: Ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for VIP guests, including room allocation, amenities, and special requests.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years' experience as a Guest Relations Manager in a hotel.
  • Language: Fluent English speaker and additional Russian language.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
