We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as Executive Sous Chef. This person will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to enhance the quality of our products. We are looking for someone with international experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To create modern takes on European culinary classics and original, chef-inspired creations that offer guests an uncommon dining experience.
  • To collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to enhance the quality of our products.
  • To develop and implement outlet concepts that meet or exceed planned objectives.
  • To manage menu creation, profit, guest satisfaction, and colleague engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests.
  2. International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.
  3. Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow, setting an exceptional leadership example.
  4. Ability to work under pressure.
