Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop schematic and detailed level models, including modeling techniques.
  2. Identify conflicts, incomplete or ambiguous design information, and resolve them promptly.
  3. Collaborate with BIM service providers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Create new library components to enhance model accuracy and consistency.
  5. Assist in compiling contract BIM close-out documentation and preparing project-specific BIM guidelines.
  6. Train project personnel in the use of BIM tools and provide on-the-job support.
  7. Participate in planning and scheduling, assist in cost report setup, and issue change orders and revisions as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with contractual and legal guidelines affecting BIM implementation.
  9. Develop models to illustrate contractor questions and solutions, promoting efficient communication.
  10. Coordinate construction activities with the project team, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrate expertise in creating accurate and timely BIM models, shop drawings, and other deliverables.
  2. Provide regular timesheets and maintain accurate records of work hours.
  3. Show a strong commitment to ongoing learning and skill development, staying updated on industry best practices.
  4. Cultivate a collaborative attitude, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive project success.
  5. Demonstrate ability to work independently, making informed decisions with minimal supervision.
  6. Possess ERP knowledge, preferably with SAP functional skills, to excel in this role.
Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 8 years of working experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Two years of experience in the GCC region is highly desirable.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
