Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Audit Supervisor to join our team at People Dynamics Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal audit engagements, developing risk-based audit programs, and ensuring compliance with Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and IAD Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Internal Audit Engagements: Plan and execute internal audit engagements, ensuring timely communication with auditees and defining scope, objectives, and timelines in consultation with the IA Director/IA Assistant Manager.
  • Develop Risk-Based Audit Programs: Create audit programs that reflect key risks and provide a clear understanding of IT, business operations, departmental, and process goals and objectives.
  • Perform Audits and IT Audits: Conduct audits and IT audits in accordance with IIA Standards and IAD Guidelines, supervise and review the work of junior audit staff, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare Presentations and Reports: Develop presentations to report audit results to the Board of Directors and prepare internal audit working papers, IA Memos, and administrative records in accordance with Records Management and IIA Working Paper Standards.
  • Identify and Evaluate Potential Issues: Analyze and evaluate potential issues, develop recommendations to enhance internal control processes and information systems, and facilitate the resolution of such issues.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT audit and a proven track record of leading internal audit engagements. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
