Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and maintaining filing systems, tracking and processing employment applications, and creating and typing office correspondence.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • HR Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of HR processes, including maintaining accurate records, tracking employee data, and providing support for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, and external partners, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
