Executive Sales Manager

The Global Detergent Factory seeks an experienced Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Goal Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Client Account Management: Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and product expansion.
- New Business Pursuit: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and forecasting future results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (Preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in cleaning or sanitation industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
