Key responsibilities include leading and managing the Qatar office's IT support team, monitoring and managing ticketing systems and service boards, and overseeing the support team's performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of IT services across the organization.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT service support or IT operations.

Excellent communication skills are essential, along with comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.

Familiarity with ITIL practices, IT security standards, and SLA management is required.
