Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at Maids. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our IT strategy and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT governance strategy that aligns with our organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the establishment of a strategic, operational, and technical decision-making process to ensure that IT services are aligned with our priorities and risk appetite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain our IT technology roadmap, ensuring that it is integrated across technology groups and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in a wide range of strategic initiatives driven by technology, including enterprise process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop high-level plans and help unit CIOs with their prioritization by coordinating the IT technology roadmap.
  • Develop the unit roadmaps, IT application roadmaps, and the architecture plan to ensure that the plans are integrated across technology groups and that the foundation work is planned ahead of the brand execution.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for enterprise process improvement initiatives, including developing scorecard and ITIL strategy.
  • Assist with IT planning and presentations, including oversight of IT management training initiatives, IT skills analysis, and job description updates.
  • Develop IT capability metrics and lead quarterly reviews with the IT Leadership Team.
